Andro Dadiani is a multidisciplinary anonymous Georgian artist and poet, residing in Tbilisi. His work usually employs concepts of queer social issues and he is best known for his jarring and unsetteling performacnces [1]. Due to the generally hositle homophobic envionment of Georgia, the queer artist has always worn a mask to conceal his identity along with using his chosen psuedonym.
Dadiani began writing poety in 2017 and soon started making installations and performances. He published a poetry collection "Purgatory" in 2021. The artist has had numeorus solo exhibitions in Georgia at galleries such as Artbeat, Artarea [2], and The Why Not Gallery. His writings are published in many Georgian periodicals and he often takes part in international exhibitions [3] and literary festivals [4].
