Almal Real Estate Development (or simply Almal) is a private real estate development company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. [1] The company focuses on real estate, hospitality, and investments.
Almal was founded by Dmitriy Starovoitov in 2023. The company has projects in Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, and La Mer South, Dubai, with an investment value of more than $280 million.
Harrisoni Villas is a luxury villa project located in La Mer South, Dubai. The project consists of two villas designed by XBD Collective, an international architecture and interior design firm. The handover is scheduled for the last quarter of 2024. [2]
The Unexpected Al Marjan Island Hotel and Residences is Almal’s flagship development. It is located in Al Marjan Island, minutes away from the upcoming Wynn Casino Resort. [3] This development will be managed by Palladium Hotel Group, known for their operations in Ibiza. [4]
In March 2024, Almal Real Estate Development won “Private Villa of the Year” for Harrisoni Villas from The Pillars of Real Estate Awards 2024. [5]
