Alireza Askarifar ( Persian: علیرضا عسکری فر); is an Iranian graphic designer and art director. He is the founder and manager of the studio Can-Do since 2018. [1]
Alireza Askarifar was born on March 15, 1992, in Isfahan, Iran. He completed his diploma in Graphic/Computer from Dr. Kermani Technical School in Isfahan in 2009. He then received an Associate Degree in Graphics from Technical and Vocational University in Shahrekord in 2012. In 2014, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from the University of Applied Science and Technology in Mobarakeh. He continued his studies and obtained a Master's Degree in Graphic Design from the Non-Profit Art Institute of Shiraz in 2018. [2]
Askarifar has participated in numerous exhibitions and biennials. He won the first place in poster design at the 33rd Isfahan Provincial Theater Festival in 2023, and he also achieved first and third place at the Iran Packaging Biennial in 2021. In addition, he secured the first place in poster design at the 31st Isfahan Provincial Theater Festival in 2021.
His works have been showcased in various international exhibitions including the Bolivia Poster Biennial in 2022 and 2017, the Armenia International Theater Poster Festival in 2022, and the 37th Fajr International Theater Festival in 2019. His posters have been part of collections at the Decorative Arts Museum in Paris and have been exhibited in numerous other countries including Ecuador, Turkey, and the United States.
