Doug Kraner (died April 4, 2016) [1] was an American production designer in the film industry. He was the co- production designer [2] (with Richard Berg) [3] for Gotham [4] [5] [6] (2014). [7] He was an Emmy-nominee [8] in the category of Outstanding Art Direction for a Limited Series/Special [9] for his set decoration on “Little Gloria……Happy at Last” [10] (1983) [11] and Art Directors Guild. [12] Kraner's set designer career began in 1981 with My Dinner with Andre. [13] His works include: Lean on Me, the original Uncle Buck, [14] the beach house in Sleeping with the Enemy [15] and No Place Like Home. [16] He has an MFA degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst [17] in Scene Design. [18] He was honored by Oscars in Memoriam in 2017. [19] .... (....)(....)
