The Yousuf Dewan Companies (YDC) (یوسف دیوان کمپنیز) is a conglomerate company based in Karachi, Pakistan. [2] It is currently owned by the former Sindh Finance Minister, Dewan Mohammad Yousuf Farooqui. [4] It was previously known as Dewan Mushtaq Group. [2]

The conglomerate was founded in 1912 as Sh Dewan Muhammad Mushtaq. [2] [5]
