Deepavali is a 2008 Indian romantic drama film directed by Hari Babu and starring Venu Thottempudi, Megha Nair and Aarti Agarwal.
A man falls in love with a woman while traveling to Delhi. [2]
The film began production in November 2007. [3] Ernakulam-based model Megha Nair made her debut with this film. [4] The film was shot prior to Aarti Agarwal's marriage although it released afterwards. [3] Ogeti Ramana was supposed to be the music director before he was replaced with Vandemataram Srinivas. [4]
The film began shoot in Secunderabad. [5] Most of the film was shot in a single schedule. [3] Some of the songs were shot in foreign locations in Southeast Asia. [3] The climax scene was shot for three days at an aluminum factory in Gachibowli in May 2008 with Master Vijay choreographing the stunts. [6] [7] As of 24 May 2008, the entire film was shot except for a song. [6]
