Clibadium glabrescens, synonym Clibadium napoense, is a species of flowering plant in the family Asteraceae. It is native to Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela. [1] In Ecuador, its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. [2]
Clibadium napoense was assessed as " vulnerable" in the 2003 IUCN Red List, where it is said to be native only to Ecuador. [2] As of April 2023 [update], C. alatum was regarded as a synonym of Clibadium glabrescens, which is also found in Colombia and Venezuela. [1]
