Clairmont II Humphrey, known professionally as Clairmont The Second, is a Canadian rapper from Toronto, Ontario. Beginning his career in 2013, [5] he released the mixtapes Becoming a GentlemIIn, Project II, [6] and A Mixtape by Clairmont The Second [7] before releasing the album Quest for Milk and Honey on Black Box Music in 2016. His song "Grip" was shortlisted for the 2020 SOCAN Songwriting Prize, [9] and "Grip" was nominated for the same award in 2021. [10]
