Chuck Garcia is an American author, professional public speaker, mountaineer and the founder of Climb Leadership International. [1] [2] [3] [4]
Garcia grew up in West Point, New York. He received his bachelor's degree in finance from Syracuse University and his Master's in organizational leadership from Mercy College. [1] [2] [3] [4]
Garcia started his career at Bloomberg L.P. In early 2006, Garcia became director of business development at BlackRock Solutions. In late 2012, he joined Citadel as managing director, Sales. [1] He established Climb Leadership International [2] [3] [5] in 2013. [6] In 2017, he became an adjunct associate professor at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Engineering. [6] In 2018, he also joined Long Island University where he teaches in the School of Business. [6] In 2019, he started a radio talk show on New York's 77WABC and with the C-Suite Network, where he hosted “A CLIMB TO THE TOP: Stories of Transformation. [4] [7]
