In September 2010 he joined
Northern League club
Spennymoor Town on what turned out "an impressive month"'s loan, scoring three goals from six games (one from five in the League).[9][10] Moore was part of Darlington's
FA Trophy winning side, playing all 120 minutes against
Mansfield Town on 7 May 2011.[11] He was not offered a new contract and was released by Darlington a week later.[12]
In July 2011, Moore went on trial at
Gateshead.[13] He played in five pre-season friendlies[14][15][16][17][18] before signing an initial six-month contract on 27 July 2011.[19] He made his Gateshead debut as a second-half substitute on 13 August in their 3–2 win over
Kidderminster Harriers at
Aggborough.[20] He scored his first goal for Gateshead in his first start 10 days later in a 3–1 win against
Southport at
Haig Avenue.[21] On 31 December 2011, Moore had his contract extended until the end of the season.[22] Moore was released by Gateshead on 30 April 2012.[23]
