Chekak ( Persian: چكك) [a] is a village in Kuhmareh Rural District of Kuhmareh District, Kuhchenar County, Fars province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,224 in 285 households, when it was in the former Kuhmareh District of Kazerun County. [4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,301 people in 334 households. [5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,208 people in 345 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district. [2]
In 2018, Kuhmareh Rural District, Somghan Rural District, Nowdan, and the city of Qaemiyeh were separated from the county in the establishment of Kuhchenar County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Qaemiyeh as its capital. [6]

It was the most populous village in its rural district. [2]
In 2018, Kuhmareh Rural District, Somghan Rural District, Nowdan, and the city of Qaemiyeh were separated from the county in the establishment of Kuhchenar County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Qaemiyeh as its capital. [6]
