Is it sexist that women get a category of their own but men don't?? 66.245.123.24 23:02, 25 Sep 2004 (UTC)
BTW It's supposed to be a parent to two subcategories, not actually listing articles. -- User:Docu
Any discussion on how this category should actually be defined?? Please clarify (e.g. gender only or gender and age.) Georgia guy 17:22, 21 July 2006 (UTC)
Is this supposed to be a category containing people (in which case, it shouldn't have subcategories like Category:Women's museums), or a more broad nearly-top-level category (in which case, Category:People by gender shouldn't be the parent). -- kingboyk 13:44, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
There is no consensus for making all category names consistent, see Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2013 April 27#Women/Men or Female/Male as an adjective. – Fayenatic London 15:37, 20 April 2023 (UTC)
