I don't know, but the policy as I understand it is generally not to delete categories that are proper categories but simply not populated yet.--

Hmm... I've changed my mind from delete to keep, though I would like to see it limited to museums devoted to photography. MOMA was included, but is not a "photography museum"—it's a museum that includes photography. I see a difference in this, and I also would like to keep the articles on such large and broad museums uncluttered by a dozen categories representing every medium of art that they include in their collections.
