Not totally good categorisation

Queenstown is fine in the "Otago" category but not in the "cities" category.

Queenstown is not a city; it is not even the whole of a local authority district, being the headquarters, but geographically only a small fraction, of the Queenstown-Lakes District, which extends as far as Wanaka and a bit further. Even at the height of the tourist season the population does not reach 50,000, the criterion in New Zealand for consideration as a city.
