Exclusion

Dunno how to deal with this, other than creating a new article, but The Supreme Court of England and Wales is missing. Someone click here: The Supreme Court of England and Wales -- Dweller ( talk) 12:28, 27 May 2008 (UTC) reply

Conflict with category

Where is the difference to Category:Constitutional courts ? 92.252.127.164 ( talk) 14:49, 30 January 2011 (UTC) reply

There is not necessarily a conflict between the two categories, but there may be some (or a lot of) overlap), i.e., some or many of the constitutional courts may be the "supreme" (highest) court in that nation. Some constitutional courts, however, may be a lower court in that particular country. To ascertain which, each article needs to be looked at, to see if that particular court is the highest in its country, in which case it would need to be in both categories.
