I don't know how much good this will do, but here goes: These district article titles should not have the apostrophe in them. They should read something like Massachusetts 1st congressional district or First congressional district of Massachusetts. The possessive is unnecessary and unencyclopedic, not to mention just plain yucky-looking. Plus, if one must use the possessive, it should not have the last s here, but should read Massachusetts' first congresssional district.Erictalk 13:09, 17 January 2013 (UTC)reply
