Ulster Unionism is principally Unionism in Ireland (that is, support for political union with Great Britain) in the post-1922 province of Northern Ireland. It also existed before the partition of the country as the form of Unionism specific to the province of Ulster, while unionism also existed throughout Ireland, especially in Dublin.
