A candidate who has served as an MP is not to be filed here as a general rule, regardless of how many times they stand for re-election. Those articles should be filed in the appropriate subcategories of Category:Members of the House of Commons of Canada by political party and Category:Members of the House of Commons of Canada by province or territory rather than here. (A rare exception to that general rule exists if someone was a member from one party or province/territory and at another time was an unsuccessful candidate with a different party [e.g., Joe Peschisolido] or in a different province/territory [e.g., Jagmeet Singh, and also e.g., Peschisolido].)
