Cara Tanamachi, better known as Cara Lockwood, is an American novelist from Mesquite, Texas. [1]
Tanamachi's novels identify primarily with the romance and chick lit genres. As Cara Lockwood, her most successful book was I Do (But I Don't), which was a USA Today bestseller[ citation needed] and was made into a Lifetime Original Movie of the same name starring Denise Richards and Dean Cain. [2]
