The Brahmanical Magazine was an English language magazine set up by Indian reformer Raja Rammohan Roy. [1] It was first published in 1821. [2] It attempted to avoid the effects of the missionariespropaganda. [1] During its existence the magazine produced a total of twelve issues [1] and folded in 1821. [3]
