Disease of the lymph nodes

Bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy is a bilateral
enlargement of the lymph nodes of
pulmonary hila . It is a
radiographic term for the
enlargement of mediastinal lymph nodes and is most commonly identified by a
chest x-ray .
