Babken Gurgeni Ararktsyan ( Armenian: Բաբկեն Գուրգենի Արարքցյան, 16 September 1944 – 12 December 2023 [1]) was an Armenian politician. He was Chairman of the Supreme Council from 1991 to 1995 [2] and Speaker of the National Assembly from 1995 to 1998. [3]
