Baba Kalan ( Persian: باباكلان) [a] is a village in, and the capital of, Bibi Hakimeh Rural District of the Central District of Gachsaran County, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran. [4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,431 in 320 households. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,411 people in 368 households. [6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,100 people in 307 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district. [2]
