Atalanti Island ( Greek: Νησίδα Αταλάντη, romanizedNisída Atalánti) is an island off the western coast of Attica region, between Salamis Island and the port of Athens, Piraeus. [1] Anciently, the island was called Atalanta or Atalante (Αταλάντη). [2] [3]
