Anna Jewsbury is a British fashion designer and artistic director of London-based accessories brand, Completedworks. [1] [2]

Jewsbury grew up in the Pennines, UK [3] and now lives and works in London. [4] She is married to author and development expert Hassan Damluji [5] with whom she has two young children. [6]

Education

Jewsbury attended the same school as sculptor Barbara Hepworth, cited as an influence on her work. [5] She went on to study Mathematics and Philosophy [7] at the University of Oxford. [8]

Work

Jewsbury founded her brand Completedworks in 2013 [9] which is sold through retailers like Dover Street Market and Bergdorf Goodman, [10] as well as via its own showroom in Marylebone, London. [11] During lockdown the brand’s Scrunch earrings, which resemble the silky hair ties popular in the 1990s, became a bestseller, appearing on the ears of models Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Adwoa Aboah, and actor Jodie Comer. [7]
