Naylor-Leyland was born in Switzerland [4] and is the daughter of Paul Dawson and Serena Fresson. [1] Naylor-Leyland grew up in London and went to Garden House Day School. Her parents divorced when she was two months old [5] and she was raised by her mother, [6] who is from Melbourne, Australia. [5] She spent holidays with her father in Switzerland.
