Alice Arnott was born and raised in Tamworth, New South Wales. [3]
In 2018, Arnott made her debut for the Australia U–21 team during a test series against New Zealand in Hastings. [4]
She followed this up with appearances during a Tri-Nations Tournament in 2019, [4] as well as a test series against Japan in 2020, both held in Canberra. [5]
Arnott was called up to the Hockeyroos squad for the first time in 2023. She will make her debut in a test series against India in Adelaide, from 18 to 21 May. [2] [6] [7]
