Afjan ( Persian: افجان) [a] is a village in, and the capital of, Karvan-e Sofla Rural District [4] [b] of Karvan District, Tiran and Karvan County, Isfahan province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,572 in 407 households. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,530 people in 488 households. [6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,491 people in 483 households. [2]
