Aşağı Ləgər (also, Ashaga-Leger, Ashagy-Leger, Ashagy-Lyagyar, and Ash-Leger) is a village and municipality in the Qusar Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 1,725.
In 1932, the first archaeological excavations were carried out in the village of Aşağı Ləgər. In 1953, as a result of excavations, several medieval settlements were discovered. In the 1970s, the remains of settlements of 4-8 centuries were discovered. [1]
