The 9th Strategic Reserve Corps ( Ukrainian: 9 армійський корпус; 9 АК) is an active formation of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, formed for the 2023 Ukrainian counteroffensive. [1]
History
The first public mention of the 9th Corps was in April 2023, after a series of classified US Department of Defense papers were leaked. [2]
Units of the corps made up much of the first wave of the 2023 summer counteroffensive. [3]
