The 2021–22 First League of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and also known as m:tel First League for sponsorship reasons, was the 27th season of the First League of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the second tier football league of Bosnia and Herzegovina, since its original establishment and the 22nd as a unified federation-wide league. The season began on 14 August 2021 and ended on 5 June 2022.
Posušje were the last champions, having won their first championship title in the 2020–21 season and earning promotion to the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina. [1]
