Italian Sonny Colbrelli ( Bahrain–Merida) won the race in a sprint ahead of previous victor Petr Vakoč of Quick-Step Floors. [2]
Twenty-four teams were invited to take part in the race. These included nine UCI WorldTeams and fifteen UCI Continental Circuits#UCI Professional Continental teams. [3]
