The 2013β14 New Jersey Devils season was the

National Hockey League franchise that was established on June 11, 1974, and 32nd season since the franchise relocated from
Colorado prior to the
1982β83 NHL season.[2] For the second-straight season, the Devils failed to make the playoffs.

New York Rangers, at the
2014 NHL Stadium Series at
Yankee Stadium in
The Bronx, New York City, on January 26, 2014. This was the first stadium series game ever played in the NHL's history. It was also the first time that the Devils played an outdoor game. The Devils lost the game 7β3 after giving up a 3β2 lead in the first period.
