American college football season
The 2000 Alcorn State Braves football team represented
Alcorn State University as a member of the
Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) during the
2000 NCAA Division I-AA football season. Led by third-year head coach
Johnny Thomas, the Braves compiled an overall record of 1–10, with a conference record of 1–6, and finished fifth in the SWAC East Division.
