Šilainiai (formerly Russian: Шилайни) is a village in Kėdainiai district municipality, in Kaunas County, in central Lithuania. According to the 2011 census, the village had a population of 31 people. [1] It is located 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) from Pašušvys, between the Šušvė river and its tributary the Pečiupė, nearby the Lapkalnys-Paliepiai Forest.
