Hello. I am a user in Mainland China. I have to edit the Wikipedia through a proxy. I have asked for the IPBE permission, but it said that I had to e-mail the CU(checkuser-en-wp@wikipedia.org). Why can User_talk:AnYiLin and User_talk:IN get IPBE permission without mailing the CU? They just used the {{ unblock}} on their talk pages and then they got the permission. -- Yining Chen ( talk) 08:12, 3 February 2021 (UTC)
Accept reason:
