Good evening Dr. Ashton, I decided to start out by focusing on the history of Servant Leadership. I have a lot of information as far as Greenleaf, Spears and other people who were present during that time. however i'm having trouble figuring out if the portion about servant leadership is necessary because in all the research that I've done i haven't seen anything about that. what would you suggest? @ Binky1110: I would suggest to start writing so I can see what you have and what specifically you mean. If you are drafting in sandboxes, it's no big deal if you add too much or add things which will not get to an article.
