Current Project
I've been on a wikibreak since November 2022. Life happened and I am only just now back. I won't be able to be as involved as I was previously- but I will be working on small things as I have time.

Welcome to my little Wikipage. I am a 41 year old Business Owner. I have lived in Arkansas for 15 years, but visited every summer before that. I have a Bachelors in English Education and Business Administration, and an MBA as well. I am about 15 units into a masters in American History. To say my interests are diverse is an understatement. I am an avid gamer- video, board and RPG. In my free time I dabble in DMing for DnD and just generally delight in geekyness. I'm also a big fan of all things Disney.
I try to be direct and polite... but I do not take kindly to threats, bullies, or being accused of things. I will stand up for myself. However, I'm pretty dang peaceful generally.
I've been on wikipedia off and on for . . . not quite ten years. I have spent most of my time reviewing Wikipedia:Articles for creation or helping Mediate on the WP:DRN I have dabbled in creating new articles, but honestly- I enjoy the editing process more than the creation process. I think its equally as important to have some behind the scenes folks who focus on making sure things run smoothly and that pages are of a good quality before they go live as it is to have people creating the pages. So no, I've never taken a page to FA status. And I probably never will. And I'm okay with that. Because I've solved disputes, checked resources, wikified and copyedited pages. And I do chime in from time to time on discussions to make pages better. In the future.... I would like to do more of what I'm doing now. I'd love to create more pages over time. And I'd love to bring my hometown's article up to Good or even featured status. But that's gonna take a while. Because I live in a very small town.
I'm a little sarcastic. I know this. I try to control it when dealing with most editors, especially if there is a cultural difference where my sarcasm may not be picked up on.

What I'd like to do in the future
I'd like to revive the Arkansas WikiProject someday. But right now, I think I'm the only person active. I'd also like to get more involved with keeping WP functioning, but I need a bit more experience before I start seeking ways to do that. I would like to bring an article up to featured class. And I'd like to contribute photographs.
