In general I'm currently fixing no target errors, such edits usually have a summary including the tracking category:
Harv and Sfn no-target errors
For when it doesn't update correctly
These seem to have some common causes.
Process for whitelisting False positives

I edit nearly exclusively on mobile using the desktop site, and apart from a few edits using reFill to de-duplicate refs or InternetArchiveBot to add archives, all my edits are done manually in source.
