Minor name change

Unless anyone objects, I'd like to change the name slightly, from Pennsylvanian oil rush to Pennsylvania oil rush. I believe that the latter is more commonly used, and would be in line with other similar articles, such as Ohio Oil Rush, Indiana Gas Boom, and Texas oil boom.
