Either this article (Girl, Interrupted (film)) or the article on the book upon which this is based (Girl, Interrupted) (most likely, the film) ought to have a section on differences between the book version and the film version, which are vast (even her relationship with her psychiatrist was heavily 'enhanced'). Many of these changes were made, most likely, to avoid dealing with the messy issues of wanting to portray this as an uplifting movie than a movie about someone with an ongoing Axis 2 personality disorder diagnosis (honestly, who could have done that in two hours anyway?). - Random User, 15 October 2019, 22:24 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.88.88.156 ( talk)
