I think both the paper and online versions would be useful to have linked. The paper version is useful for those looking to print out a clean copy for later or wider offline use, but the online version is better for immediate users as most people don't want to manually score an 18 question test if they don't have to.
The questions and scoring of the online version appear to be identical to the paper version, so I don't really see the benefit of forcing people to score this manually.

Please refrain from adding the psymed.info link at [1]. It is improperly scored and has been causing confusion for years.
The psychology-tools.com link at [2] IS properly scored. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Manicjedi ( talk • contribs) 09:12, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
I noticed that the abbreviation "ADHD" needs the full name, "Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder". The lead section includes the abbreviation but not the full diagnosis. At the end of the lead section, there is one sentence that is isolated from the rest of the paragraph. It might be beneficial to incorporate that sentence into the paragraph. I also noticed one of the sentences in line three does not have a citation. I am concerned about this sentence because it has a statistic in it. HadleyJoAnn ( talk) 01:17, 23 January 2020 (UTC)
As I evaluated this article, I noticed that it is not very helpful for someone trying to figure out if they or someone they know have ADHD as an adult. The questionnaire is incorrect and confusing so I don't think this is a useful resource for adult ADHD. 205.185.99.148 ( talk) 05:00, 4 May 2021 (UTC)
Just to add to this comment, in the lead, and throughout the article ADHD is mentioned, but never specifically defined. This could be confusing for people who are searching for information and don't know what ADHD stands for specifically. As mentioned above, it might be helpful to link to Attention Deficit Disorder instead of the link of ADHD. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Maybrookek ( talk • contribs) 03:53, 26 September 2023 (UTC)
